YouTube automation for creators. Now in beta.

Your YouTube channel, on autopilot.

AutoStudio turns a topic into a finished video: script, voiceover, footage, captions, thumbnail and upload. You choose the niche and the schedule, then approve what it makes. Nothing goes live without your say-so.

Free during beta. You bring your own AI keys.

Illustration with sample data: a video halfway through its eight stages.

01The old way

One faceless video used to cost you a week of evenings.

Most channels don't stall for lack of ideas. They stall because the making never stops: every upload is the same eight jobs, and then you do half of them again for every other platform.

What a video took

  • Hunt for a topic that hasn't been done to death
  • Write the script
  • Record the voiceover, then record it again
  • Dig through stock sites for footage that roughly fits
  • Cut it together and caption it
  • Make a thumbnail
  • Upload and fill in every field
  • Chop it up again for Shorts

What it takes now

  1. 1Tell it what the channel is about.
  2. 2Tell it how often to post.
  3. 3Watch the finished cut and press approve.

Everything in between is the pipeline's job.

02How a video gets made

Eight stages, from a blank page to your channel.

Every video moves through the same steps, and you can follow each one live in the studio. Start one from a single sentence, or give a channel a schedule (days, time, timezone) and it starts videos on its own when one is due.

  1. 01

    Topic

    Your LLM key

Finds and ranks fresh video ideas for your niche, and skips anything you've already made or queued.

  2. 02

    Script

    Anthropic Claude by default

Writes a structured script in sections, built from your niche and the chosen topic.

  3. 03

    Voice

    fal.ai or ElevenLabs

Narrates every section. fal.ai Kokoro out of the box, or ElevenLabs if you'd rather use its voices.

  4. 04

    Visuals

    Pexels

Pulls landscape b-roll for each section, scores it for fit, and keeps it in a library you can reuse.

  5. 05

    Assembly

    ffmpeg, 1080p

Cuts the footage to the length of the narration, burns in captions timed to the spoken words and renders in 1080p. Add a generated music bed if you like.

  6. 06

    Thumbnail

    Two variants

Composes two thumbnail versions with your headline, so you can pick the stronger one.

    Publish

    YouTube Data API

Uploads to your YouTube channel with the thumbnail you picked, your visibility setting and the AI-content disclosure.

03One video, more places

Shorts and clips, without editing twice.

Clips

AutoStudio finds the scene changes in a finished video and cuts each one twice: in its original shape and as a vertical 9:16 crop.

Gameplay Shorts

Upload a gameplay clip once. Channels set to the Shorts format get narration over it with bold captions, capped at 60 seconds.

Social posts

Queue captioned posts to the Instagram and TikTok accounts you connect, without leaving the studio.

Quick fixes

Reorder or trim sections and re-mix the music in the browser editor, then re-export without generating anything again.

04Forge, for Instagram and TikTok

The same face in every single post.

Forge is a canvas for building image and video content around one consistent character. Train a persona from your own photos, then wire up the steps you want: scene prompt, generate, face swap, quality check, upscale, caption, post.

A persona that stays the same person

Upload three or more reference photos and AutoStudio trains a LoRA model on fal.ai, usually in a few minutes.

A quality check on every result

Claude looks at each image or clip and scores face match, sharpness, composition and a safe 9:16 crop. Good ones carry on, borderline ones wait for you, bad ones are retried.

Stills and short video

FLUX for images. Kling, Seedance or MiniMax for clips. Face swap, upscaling and captions are steps you drop onto the canvas.

05Your keys, your bill

You pay the AI providers. Not a middleman.

During the beta, AutoStudio runs on API keys you bring. Script tokens are billed by your LLM provider, voiceover by fal.ai, and footage comes through Pexels' free API. The invoices come straight from them, and AutoStudio adds nothing on top.

Encrypted at rest
AES-256-GCM before storage, decrypted only when a job runs. You only ever see the last four characters again.
Spending caps
Give each key a monthly limit. When one hits it, the next key for that provider takes over.
Pick your model
Anthropic by default. OpenAI, DeepSeek, Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter, Together, Kimi, a local Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint also work.

08Questions

Straight answers.

Does it actually upload to YouTube?

Yes. Connect your channel with Google and the publish stage uploads the video, sets the thumbnail you picked and applies YouTube's altered or synthetic content label when AI disclosure is on (it is by default). Videos go up with the visibility you choose for the channel, private unless you change it.

Will it post things without me seeing them?

Not unless you ask it to. Every video stops at Review and waits for your approval. Auto-publish is a per-channel switch for when you're happy to let a channel run on its own.

What does it cost right now?

AutoStudio itself is free during the beta. You bring API keys for the services it uses (an LLM provider, fal.ai, Pexels, and ElevenLabs if you want it) and those providers bill you directly at their own prices. AutoStudio keeps a running cost estimate for each video so there are no surprises.

How are my API keys stored?

Encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're saved, and only decrypted at the moment a job needs them. After you add a key the studio shows only its last four characters. You can set a monthly cap per key, and when one runs out the next key for that provider takes over.

Can I make Shorts?

Two ways. Set a channel to the gameplay Shorts format and it narrates over a gameplay clip you upload, with captions, up to 60 seconds. Or let the Clips tool cut a finished long video into vertical 9:16 clips.

What about TikTok and Instagram?

You can connect both and post to them from the studio. One honest caveat: for now, TikTok posts go up as private (only you can see them), so you make them public from the TikTok app.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings. Deleting removes your workspace data, not just your login.

Pick a niche. Approve your first video.

A sentence is enough to start. Connect a channel, add your keys and watch the first one come together.
